What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email, company name, industry and message you provide. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, personal data about anyone else, customer records, or confidential documents through this form.

Like most websites we also record standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent and requested page — for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Contact submissions are routed to our team through HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, and are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about SectorAgent. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Documents you send us during an evaluation

If you send sample drawings or documents as part of an evaluation, they are processed in an isolated sandbox, are used only to produce the output we show you, and are never retained for model training.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records for as long as there is an active commercial conversation, and archive them afterwards in line with our records policy. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
