- Auto-escalate life-safety incidentsWhen on, any life-safety incident is immediately escalated to the named safety officer via Teams alert. When off, incidents are logged but not proactively escalated.
Governance requirements
- Incident data restricted to safety officers and HR — not accessible to general production staff
- Agent must escalate any life-safety incident immediately to a named safety officer via Teams alert
- Training completion records must be immutable once logged (compliance audit trail)
- Agent cannot issue a "safe to proceed" clearance for confined space, lockout/tagout, or hot work without human safety officer sign-off
